New Job
It's been two days since I received the call that I am the newest Network Engineer for a company in Jackson, and it still feels like a dream. It hasn't really sank in yet.
It'll be difficult leaving a job I've been in for almost 8 years, because I've made lots of friends. On top of that, it's a job I've really enjoyed.
My last day here is August 29th, and then I'll start carpooling with my wife. I'll work just across the street from her, which means lunch will probably be in her building. This new position means a whopping raise for me, which could not have come at a better time.
Yay!
